The right diet confusion continues…..

Research can be a real nuisance sometimes but we still can’t help reading everything new that comes in and when the new clashes with the old wonder which way to go. But often the build up leads to at least one incontrovertible conclusion: common sense has no substitute! So now the latest in diet is that cutting out on all carbohydrates twice a week helps you lose more weight that eating a calorie controlled Mediterranean diet.
