Food for your genes: one third protein, one third carbs and one third fat!

This is was waiting to happen. Research into how what we eat affects our genes. The gene is almost mystical in nature. The more you strip it down the more mysteries emerge. Each milestone in the genetic journey is celebrated with relief and hope. The big goal right now is to lick cancer and HIV. But many other diseases are waiting for genetic attention. Now here comes the link between what we eat and what that does to our genes. More importantly what do we need to eat in order to keep our genetic functions healthy. Genetic research will continue to push boundaries and create new horizons. For now its is food.
