“Frozen Shoulder”? Check on what is the real problem

The medical name for what is popularly called ‘frozen shoulder’ is Adhesive Capsulitis. Inflammation that lead to thickening and tightening of the joint, constricts movement and takes a long time to ‘unfreeze’.
