Big Breakfast May Not Lead to Fewer Daily Calories

This article seems to say that breakfast calories remain what they are and DO NOT help you save calories through the rest of the day. So a big breakfast does not mean you eat less later. We go back to what we said earlier: eat according to your energy needs and no more. Your body will tell when enough is enough.

I think though that the problem in overeating at any time is that  we DO NOT listen to our body or if we do it is the palate that wins and not the stomach!

To put it another way the battle of the bulge is really the battle between palate and stomach! And you are the referee. So play the game right.
