For Health: Eat what works for you

The reason why you are told to go easy on sweets and high fat foods is that they have plenty of calories but do not have bulk. On the other hand experts also say that you get hunger pangs only when the brain signals to the body that it is running low on sugar and needs more. So if you were to have a small piece of something sweet this could solve your problem faster. Hunger satisfied BUT the feeling of full missing. So those of us who want to feel full when hungry obviously cannot work with this solution. But I do and it works for me. So check out what works for you. That is the most important part of staying healthy….figuring out what works for you.
